TheSword reports that Bruce LaBruce’s feature “L.A. Zombie” has been pulled from the Melbourne International Film Festival because, well, it’s a porno movie with zombies. And aliens.

The editor over there, Zach, seems to have stirred up some ire from fans for not liking Bruce LaBruce films, and suggesting that porn can’t be art. Of course, porn can be art. As much as art can be pornographic.

The bigger question, I think, is can zombies be art?
